Recruiter - Crewing Assistant

Swan Marine Services invites capable and qualified candidates to work and grow together in a comfortable office environment. We cooperate with reputable Greek and other international ship-owners of bulker, oil/chemical tanker, container and offshore vessels.

What you will do: 

• recruit suitable seafarers to provide to ship-owners;
• verify the authenticity of the seafarers' certificates and documents;
• handle online databases, encode documents;
• arrange for Medical Examinations and Flag Medical Examinations;
• arrange for various types of trainings & relevant certificates for seafarers;
• assist in visa arrangements;
• assist in crew changes and in communication with ship-owners, agents;
• arrange for the flag state documents.

Requirements for all candidates:

- excellent knowledge and use of the English language, both written & spoken; 

- very strong computer skills (MS Office, email correspondence, databases, document handling); 

- previous work experience in crewing of at least 2 years; 

- responsibility, confidentiality and discipline; 

- ability to follow instructions and work with senior managers; 

- willingness to learn and develop as a team player in the maritime industry; 

- high level of attention to details.
